某中学校舍抗震加固与节能改造一体化研究

摘要 对抗震加固和节能改造一体化概念的提出和发展进行简单的阐述,并以大同市某所中学的一栋宿舍楼为工程实例,介绍了两套改造方案的具体施工过程,并分析了抗震加固和节能改造一体化技术的优越性,为今后既有砌体建筑进行改造提供必要的技术支持。 Describes the concept of combining seismic reinforcement and energy saving of existing buildings. A project example of a high school dormitory in Datong was given, and two rehabilitation programs of the specific construction has been described. The advantages of integration technology of seismic reinforcement and energy saving reconstruction have been analyzed, which will provide the necessary technical support for the future reconstruction of existing buildings.
