摘要
现代计算机和网络系统中,都是由成千上万个元器件构成,任何一个部件的故障或者失效都会对整个系统的可靠性造成影响。在元件运转过程中,元件会出现慢慢老化,故障率逐渐增高,但是这些元件的老化率又是不一致的,什么时候全部替换升级,什么时候保留性能相对较好的元件,本文提出N元服从指数分布的并联系统可靠度的极值分析,对系统的更新换代作初步的经济分析。
The modem computer and network system is composed of tens of thousands of components any of whose faults can lead to the breakdown of the system. The elements will gradually wear along with the increasing of the failure rate in the operation. However, the wearing of these elements does not occur simultaneously thus it is difficult to decide when to replace or to upgrade all the elements and when to keep the relatively good ones. Hence it is proposed the analysis on the extreme of the reliability of the parallel system of N element obeying the exponential distribution and the preliminary analysis on the upgrading of the system.
