摘要
我国建筑能耗占全国能耗的30%以上,且该比例在不断上升,其中既有建筑是能源消耗大户.对既有住宅进行节能改造,是进行节能减排的有效措施之一.项目以河西学院7#家属楼为研究对象,通过改造既有建筑物的外墙、窗户、屋面等热工性能敏感的部位,利用PKPM建筑节能系列软件PBECA(2012版)进行模拟计算的方法,研究影响建筑物热工环境的参数,以寻找出最优的节能改造方案,为河西地区及寒冷地区既有建筑节能改造提供参考.
The building energy consumption accounts for more than 30% of the national energy consumption in our country, and the proportion is rising. For both the residential energy-saving renovation is one of the effective measures for energy conservation and emissions reduction. This paper takes Housing Building No.7 in Hexi University for example and modifies such building thermal performance sensitive parts as the walls,windows and roof by using PKPM building energy-saving series software PBECA (2012 edition). The paper researches the parameters that affect the building thermal environment so as to confirm the optimal energy saving retrofit scheme and provide theoretical basis for the energy-saving renovation of the Existing Building in Hexi University and Hexi Area, and to provide the reference for existing buildings energy conservation transformation in cold area.
