老年人力资源开发视野下老年体育发展策略研究

Research on the Strategies of the Elderly Sports in the View of the Old Human Resources

随着我国迈入老龄化社会,体育已经成为老龄化社会中老年人生活的重要内容,是构建和谐社会的重要因素.文章从老年人力资源开发的视角,阐述老年人力资源的含义和老年体育人力资源的含义并列举了它的四个主要特点,分析老年人力资源在老年体育发展中的关键作用,寻求老年人力资源开发视野下老年体育发展的策略旨在大力挖掘并充分利用有限的老年体育人力资源,完善老年体育服务体系,促使老年体育健康发展,促进社会和谐.

Along with our country entering an aging society, sports has become an important content of the elderly life, and it is also an important factor in building harmonious society. Illustrating the meaning of elderly human resources and the elderly sports human resources from the perspective of older human resource development, this paper lists the four main characteristics of it, analyzes the key role of the elderly human resource in the development of elderly sports,searches for the elderly sports development strategy from the perspective of elderly human resource; it aims at fully exploring and making full use of limited elderly sports human resources, improving the elderly sports service system,prompting the elderly sports sustainable development and social harmony as well.
