对特殊教育体育教师专业素质的理论探讨

摘要 运用文献资料分析法、逻辑分析法,对特殊教育体育教师专业素质从知识结构、能力结构和非认知因素三个维度进行分析,为提升教师的专业素质打好理论基础.分析认为,特教体育教师的职业特性,决定了其不同于其他教师的素质成分内涵:特教体育教师的知识结构包括学科性知识、条件性知识、实践性知识和一般文化知识;能力结构包括创新能力、学习能力、教育教学能力、沟通协作能力、康复指导能力和组织管理能力;非认知因素由教师的师德、教育理念、自我效能感和自我发展意识构成. Using the method of literature analysis and logical analysis,this paper studies the professional quantities of special physical education teachers from three aspects, such as knowledge structure, ability structure and non-cognitive factors,to build good theoretical foundation for improving the teachers' professional qualities. The result shows that the occupation characteristics of special physical education teachers determine the connotation of quality components which are different from the other teachers:the knowledge structure of special physical education teachers includes discipline knowledge,conditional knowledge,practical knowledge and general knowledge;the ability structure includes the innovation ability,learning ability,teaching ability,communication and coordination ability, rehabilitation guidance ability and organizing ability; the non-cognitive factors include the virtue of teachers, their educational philosophy, their self-efficacy and self development consciousness.
