目前,跨境毒品犯罪呈现出一些新的特点,给执法机构带来严峻的挑战。除了巨额利润外,两岸四地的特殊地理条件、需求关系以及司法制度的差异也是跨境毒品犯罪泛滥的重要原因。为有效打击跨境毒品犯罪,有必要加强区际刑事司法合作,从警务合作程序、情报共享机制等方面入手探索应对之策。

At present, severe challenges are posed in front of law enforcement agencies aue to newly oorn characteristics of cross - border drug crimes. Except for fat profit, the special geographical conditions, demand relations and differences of judicial systems are also main reasons why cross - border drug crimes are rampant. Therefore, it is necessary for us to step up efforts to conduct criminal justice cooperation and explore countermeasures from the perspectives of policing cooperation procedures and intelligence sharing mechanism in order to effectively combat cross -border drug crimes.
