台湾绿色贸易政策及其经济学分析

Taiwan's Green Trade Policy and It's Economic Analysis

越来越多的绿色贸易法规,必将对出口导向型的台湾经济造成重大影响。为了顺应世界绿色贸易发展大趋势,台湾当局采取了一些列政策措施:设立"经济部推动绿色贸易专门办公室",执行绿色贸易三大策略,认证并统计绿色贸易产业以及产品和服务。相关数据表明台湾的这些绿色贸易政策取得了一定成效。并且相比于产量控制、税费、生产补贴等传统的贸易保护与促进政策,台湾当局提供各种公共咨询服务、培训服务、协助升级等间接辅助的绿色贸易推动政策更为有效。

An increasing number of green trade regulations have a significant impact on Taiwan＇ export-oriented economy.In order to adapt to the world green trade development trend,Taiwan authorities establish ＂Green Trade Project Office＂ to carry out three green trade strategy, and to certify and make Trade Statistics Yearbook of Green Products and Services.Relevant data has showed that Taiwan＇s green trade policy has achieved some results.And compared to the traditional trade protection and promotion policy such as production control,taxes and dues,production subsidy and so on,Taiwan＇s Green Trade Policy which is more effective.
