碳纤维复合材料制品用光亮透明涂层体系的性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 光亮透明涂层常用于提高碳纤维复合材料制品的外观质量,但应用中发现普通清漆涂层系统在户外使用时耐候性较差,不能对其基体加以长期有效的防护。针对以上问题,选取2种底涂清漆和5种罩光清漆组成15种光亮透明涂层体系,通过耐湿热、耐霉菌、人工加速老化试验和附着力测试,对各涂层体系进行综合等级评定,比较了它们对碳纤维复合材料制品的保护效果,分别为便携式和长期在户外使用的碳纤维复合材料制品选出适合的光亮透明涂层体系,并且可为今后涂料体系的选用提供参考。 A bright and transparent coating is often applied to improve the appearance quality of carbon fiber composite substrate. However, the common varnish coating systems can" t effectively protect its substrate because of its weak weatherability in outdoor use. To solve the above problem, two kinds of primer varnishes and five kinds of finish varnishes were selected to constitute fifteen bright and transparent coating systems. Through moisture/heat resistance test, mold resistance test, artificial accelerated aging test and adhesion test, the performance of each coating system has been assessed, and their protective effects on carbon fiber compos- ites substrates were compared. The suitable bright and transparent coating systems were selected to use in portable and long-term outdoor applied carbon fiber composite substrates re- spectively, which might be beneficial for selection of coating systems in the future.
