装载机用超越离合器外星轮温挤工艺研究

摘要 采用数值模拟的方法研究了装载机用滚柱式超越离合器外星轮的温挤压成型工艺,研究了凸模入模角及坯料内径对外星轮成形性能的影响,结果表明当入模角为150°,毛坯内径为95 mm时,外星轮的成形性能最好。在模拟的基础上进行了试生产,结果表明样品尺寸精度良好,适用于外星轮的精密成形,且该新工艺具有优质高效、节约材料与能量的特点。 Through the numerical simulation for warm extrusion forming process of Loader's roller-type overrunning clutch outer star wheel , the effect of die angle and the blank diameter of outer star wheel forming properties was studied, the result shows that when the die entry angle is 150 o , the inner diameter is 95mm, the forming performance of star wheel is best, it is verified by practice that the sample produced has good size precision, and that new technology has high efficiency and energy and materials saving, precision forming for star wheel.
