摘要
针对前盾有大头小头,圆度要求,从下料放余量,考虑了焊接收缩量,冷装时通过拉紧螺杆调整达到壳体上大下小预定尺寸,焊接采用低热量输入,多人对称施焊,多层多道、小熔宽的焊接方法,最终保证结构尺寸达到图样要求。
Aiming at a big end head shield, roundness requirements, put the margin from next makings, considering welding shrinkage, cold loaded by tension screw adjustment to housing large small predetermined size, welding with low heat input, many people symmetry welding, joint method of multi pass welding, small melting width, the ultimate guarantee of structure size reaches the requirements of drawings.
