N-FHD烧结炉电气控制系统设计分析

Design Analysis of Electrical Control System for N-FHD Sintering Furnace

阐述了N-FHD烧结炉控制系统监测及控制原理,从设备选型、硬件安装、软件设计方面详细介绍了烧结炉气体控制系统、温控系统、驱动系统。并对以PLC代替传统继电控制回路,采用多种传感器进行数据采集以及参数屏幕显示等进行了分析,系统提供了直观、友好的人机界面,方便运行维护,并提高了生产效率。

The monitoring and control theory of control system for the N - FHD sintering furnace is illustrated in this paper. The equipment selection, hardware installation and software design used to gas control system, temperature control system and the drive system are introduced in detail, too. And by means of the replacement of the traditional relay control circuit with PLC, the application of various sensors for data acquisition, some achievements on the screen display of parameters , and those the intuitive, friendly man-machine interface, convenient operation maintenance, improvement of production efficiency are analyzed in this paper.
