摄录物镜光学设计

摘要 为满足某机器视觉检测设备系统的需求,设计了一款三组元六片式高分辨率摄录物镜,分析了摄录物镜的成像特点和光学特性参数,利用OSLO光学软件优化设计出符合指标的高分辨率的摄录物镜,可匹配1/2″CCD相机,放大率为0.2×,像方数值孔径为0.17,物方线视场为20 mm,物方工作距为240 mm,像方后工作距为29.46 mm,在160lp/mm的Nyquist频率处,MTF值为0.46,边缘视场畸变为0.02%,像散、场曲小,具有平像场的特点。该镜头结构简单,成本较低,可对相关摄录物镜的设计起到很好的参考作用。 To meet the demands of a machine vision detective instrument,a kind of three groups including six pieces of lens high-resolution camera lens is designed. The imaging features and optical properties parameter of the camera lens is analyzed,high resolution camera lens is designed and optimized with Oslo software. 1/2″ CCD camera is matched,magnification is 0.2×,image numeral aperture is 0.17,object height is 20 mm,object working distance is240 mm,image back distance is 29.46 mm,and the MTF value is 0.46 at the 160 lp/mm Nysquist frequency,distortion is 0.02% at full field. The astigmatism and field sags is small. The designed camera lens system has simple structure and low cost,and can give some reference to the related design of camera lens.
