棒材冷床电动裙板上钢装置结构型式分析与优化

摘要 裙板上钢装置是棒材冷床的关键部件之一,其中电动裙板上钢装置由于其上钢同步性较好,运用越来越普遍,但其传动系统的故障率较高。因此有必要改进现行结构。本文介绍了电动裙板上钢装置传动系统的结构,对存在的问题进行了剖析,进而提出了改进优化方案,实施结果证明该方案显著降低了设备故障率,提高了生产效益。加固电动裙板上钢装置中关键构件的薄弱环节,同时投入气缸拉紧机构可减小裙板升降动作时产生的冲击载荷,是降低该设备故障率的有力保证,使运行更加安全可靠。 The apron loading unit is one of the key components of the cooling bed, it is a key point on equipment function assessment of the cooling bed of high speed rolling. The electric apron loading unit is more and more widely applied because its synchronization is better, but the rate of failure of transmission system is very high, so it is necessary to improve the existing structure. This paper introduces the structure of drive system of electric apron loading unit, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward the improvement scheme, the result of implementation shows that this scheme can significantly reduce the failure rate of equipment, and improve production efficiency.
