分析虚拟样机技术在汽车发动机中的应用

摘要 在计算机网络技术持续发展的进程中,虚拟样机技术不断出现在人们的视野当中,其应用范围逐渐广泛,成为许多领域当中的核心技术。虚拟样机相对与传统意义上的物理样机,也就是在计算机技术的支持下,构建虚拟环境,结合产品的各项实际特征,生成一个合格的模型,然后以该模型为对象开展各类试验。将虚拟样机技术完全融入到汽车发动机的设计领域当中,主要是为了将现阶段主流的仿真技术与动力机械开发技术进行完全的融合,将动力机械开发技术的相关知识结合成熟的虚拟样机技术,这样不仅能够有效解决应用传统样机时出现的各类实际问题,还是汽车发动机的设计与研发的捷径。 In the computer network technology in the process of sustainable development,virtual prototype technology constantly emerged in people's field of vision,its application is becoming wider,become the core technology in many fields. The virtual prototype of the relative and the physical prototype in the traditional sense,also is in the support of computer technology,the construction of virtual environment,combined with the actual characteristics of the products,generating a qualified model,and then take the model as the object to carry out various types of test. The virtual prototype technology fully into the design of the field of automobile engines,mainly to the current simulation technology and power machinery developing technology for complete fusion,the related knowledge of power machinery development technology combining with the virtual prototype technology is mature,this not only can solveall kinds of actual problems when applying traditional prototype design and development of car engine,or the shortcut.
