摘要
细长轴由于长度和直径比例过大,刚性变得很差。在加工的过程中受到切削热和切削力等影响,很容易使工件产生震动、弯曲等现象,致使加工变得非常困难。在目前现有的机床加工方法基础上,针对以上问题,从加工工艺上进行可行性的分析,合理选择刀具以及切削速度,以达到加工目的。

By cutting heat and cutting force and other effects during processing, it is easy to make the workpiece vibration, bending. Resulting in the processing becomes very difficult. In the current machining methods on the basis of existing, for the above problems, the process from feasibility analysis, as well as a reasonable choice of cutting tools, in order to achieve the purpose of processing.
