摘要
并行工程是在开发设计时就考虑产品整个生命周期,从产品开发中的概念形成、方案分析、详细设计、生产制造、售后服务到产品报废等所有因素综合考虑质量、成本、进度计划和用户要求。首先介绍了传统模具设计与制造中存在的问题,然后简要的介绍了并行工程的概念和基本特征,最后,对并行工程在模具设计与制造中的应用进行了分析。
The concurrent engineering is just considering the whole life cycle when designing a product, and considers quality, cost, schedule and user requirements comprehensively, according to all factors such as the concept of product development, project analysis, detailed design, manufacture , after-sale service and product scrap, etc. Firstly, this paper introduces the problems existing in the traditional mold design and manufacturing, and then introduces the concept of concurrent engineering and the basic characteristics briefly, at last, analyzes the application on concurrent engineering in mold design and manufacturing.
