男性性功能障碍的国内研究现状

Status of the domestic study of male sexual dysfunction

性功能是生活质量必要且重要的组成部分。男性性功能包括性欲、阴茎勃起、性交、性高潮、射精等,其中阴茎勃起是最重要的一个功能。正常的性心理反应、生理结构、内分泌、神经和血管功能是阴茎勃起的基础,其中任何一个环节的异常都将导致勃起功能障碍。研究表明,年龄、糖尿病、冠心病、高血压病、脑卒中、高脂血症、身体质量指数、前列腺体积增加、高同型半胱氨酸血症、吸烟、饮酒、居住环境、夫妻关系好坏等与性功能障碍有关。本文综述了男性性功能障碍的患病率、危险因素、诊治方法、脑卒中后性功能变化等方面的国内研究现状。

Sexual function is necessary and important part of the quality of life. Male sexual function including sexual desire, sexual intercourse, the penis erects, orgasm, ejaculation, the penis erection is one of the most important func-tion. Normal psychological reaction, physiological structure, endocrine, neural and vascular function are the base of the penis erection, while any one of the links of the anomaly will lead to erectile dysfunction. Research shows that the fol-lowing factors associated with sexual dysfunction, including age, diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, body mass index, prostate volume increased, hyperhomocysteinemia, smoking, drinking, living environ-ment, the relationship between husband and wife quality etc. This paper reviewed the research status of domestic male sexual dysfunction in the prevalence, risk factors, diagnosis, treatment methods, changes in sexual function after stroke and other aspects.
