不同方法治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效比较

Comparison of the efficacy of different methods in treatment of endometriosis

目的：比较不同方法治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法将2012年1月～2014年1月间我院接诊的110例子宫内膜异位症患者按照接诊顺序的单双号均分为两组，对单号组患者进行分型手术治疗（观察组），对双号组患者进行常规保守治疗（对照组），对比观察两组的不孕症、盆腔疼痛、性交疼痛、痛经等临床症状的改善情况、临床治疗效果及患者满意度。结果观察组患者的各项临床症状改善情况均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；在总有效率方面，观察组的总有效率94.55%，显著高于对照组的80.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；在患者满意度方面，观察组的满意度为98.18%，对照组的满意度为87.27%，观察组的满意度显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于子宫内膜异位症患者来讲，采用分型手术治疗的方式不仅可以有效改善其临床症状，提高治疗效果，而且还能提高患者满意度，值得临床推广使用。

Objective To compare the efficacy of different methods in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods 110 cases of endometrial endometriosis patients from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital admissions according to the sequence of odd and even numbers were divided into two groups of patients, single number surgery （observation group） and double number of patients for routine conservative treatment （control group）, infertility, pelvic pain,dyspareunia, dysmenorrhea and other clinical symptoms, clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction were compared. Results The clinical improvement of patients in the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The total efficiency in the observation group was 94.55%,higher than 80.00% of the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）; In terms of patient satisfaction, the observation group was 98.18%,the control group was 87.27%,the difference was statistically significant between two groups（P〈0.05）. Con-clusion For patients with endometriosis is concerned, the use of sub-type of surgical treatment approach not only can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve treatment, but also improve patient satisfaction, worthy of clinical use.
