多奈哌齐联合奥氮平治疗老年痴呆精神行为障碍的随机对照研究

Efficacy and safety study of Olanzapine joint Donepezil in the treatment of behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia

目的探讨多奈哌齐联合奥氮平治疗老年痴呆精神行为症状的疗效。方法 100例伴精神行为症状的痴呆患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,比较治疗前后痴呆病理行为评定量表(BEHAVE-AD)评分、简易智力状态检查(MMSE)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分等。结果治疗组在改善BEHAVE-AD量表评分方面优于对照组(P<0.05);两组MMSE、ADL评分差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论奥氮平联合多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆精神行为症状有效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Olanzapine or Quetiapine joint Donepezil in the treatment of Alzheimer’s behavioral and psychological symptoms. Methods 100 patients with behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia patients were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group. The BEHAVE-AD scale,MMSE and ADL scores were evaluated before treatment and after treatment. Results Two sets of BEHAVE-AD scale scores were statistically significant different（ P 〈 0. 05）. Two sets of MMSE,ADL scores were no statistically significant different（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Olanzapine joint Donepezil is efficacy in the treatment of Alzheimer’s behavioral and psychological symptoms.
