芜湖市大学生医疗保险与满意度现状

Current status and satisfaction with the medical insurance among college students

目的了解大学生医疗保险现状及对现行城镇居民基本医疗保险(城居医保)政策满意度,为完善大学生医疗保险机制提供实证依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,选取芜湖市5所高校3 028名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生对城居医保的总体了解程度为41.25%,医学生为37.10%,非医学生为43.70%,非医学生高于医学生(χ2=12.696,P<0.01);大学生了解医保途径以"学校的知识宣讲"方式为主(44.57%);大学生对城居医保的总体满意度为63.04%,医学生(69.13%)高于非医学生(59.45%)(χ2=28.392,P<0.01);大学生对城居医保的满意度各项评价均以一般为主。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,医学院校(OR=0.657,P<0.01)、未获得学校的贫困补助或助学贷款(OR=0.745,P<0.01)、目前的医疗保障方式不能满足需求(OR=0.513,P<0.01)是大学生对城居医保满意度较低的影响因素。结论大学生对目前现行城居医保的了解程度和满意度均较低。应加大学校宣传力度,保证大学生的知情权,完善制度规定,提供公平的医疗保障服务。

Objective To understand current status and satisfaction of medical insurance among college students,and to provide reference for college students＇ medical insurance system improvement. Methods Students from 5 colleges in Wuhu were randomly selected to conduct questionnaire survey about Urban Residents ＇ Basic Medical Insurance（ URBMIS）. Results Only41. 25% of students knew about the present situation of URBMIS with non-medical students（ 43. 70%） higher than medical colleges（ 37. 10%）（ χ^2= 12. 696,P〈0. 01）. Only 63. 04% of students were satisfied with the present URBMIS,medical colleges（ 69. 13%） higher than non-medical colleges（ 59. 45%）（ χ^2= 28. 392,P〈0. 01）. Results of Logistic regression analysis revealed that have no school poverty assistance or a student loan（ OR = 0. 745,P〈0. 01） and the present medical security mode（ OR = 0.513,P〈0. 01） were inversely correlated to the satisfaction on medical insurance. Conclusion Low satisfaction on the URBMIS among college students is found. Our schools should intensify propaganda to ensure the right college,improve the system requirements,and create a fair health care service.
