TNF-α基因和IL-13基因多态性与哮喘患者大鱼际掌纹特应征的相关性研究

Study on Association between the Atopic Traits of the Print of Thenar Eminence with Asthma and Polymorphisms of TNF- α and IL- 13 genes

目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)基因和白细胞介素13(interleukin-13,IL-13)基因多态性与青岛地区汉族成人哮喘患者大鱼际掌纹特应征的相关性。方法:应用SNa Pshot方法对400例哮喘患者和200名正常对照的TNF-α基因的rs1799724,rs1800630,rs1799964和rs769178以及IL-13基因的rs2158177和rs1295687共6个多态位点的基因多态性进行检测。结果:TNF-α基因的rs1799724,rs1800630,rs1799964和rs769178以及IL-13基因的rs2158177和rs1295687的基因型频率在掌纹阴性组与掌纹阳性组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:未发现TNF-α基因和IL-13基因多态性与青岛地区汉族成人哮喘患者大鱼际掌纹特应征存在相关性。

Objective ： To assess the association of polymorphisms of TNF - o~ gene （ rs1799724, rs1800630, rs1799964, rs769178） and IL - 13 gene （ rs2158177, rs1295687） with the atopic traits of the print of thenar eminence with asthma a- mong ethnic Chinese in Qingdao. Methods ： For 400 asthma patients and 200 healthy subjects, above polymorphisms were detected by SnaPshot method. Results ： There was no significant difference in the frequency of genotype of two gene poly- morphisms between the positive group and negative group of the print of thenar （ All P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The study has indicated that there is no remarkable difference between the atopic traits of the print of thenar eminence with asthma and polymorphisms of TNF - a gene and IL - 13 gene in ethnic Han Chinese from Qingdao region.
