中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效分析及安全性评价

Integrative Medicine Clinical Efficacy of Lumbar Disc Herniation Analysis and Safety Evaluation

目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症应用中西医结合治疗临床疗效及其安全性,为临床诊断治疗提供一定的参考价值。方法:本组136例腰椎间盘突出症患者根据随机数字表法随机分为对照组(68例)和观察组(68例)。对照组采用西药给予治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合中药汤剂治疗。结果:观察组治疗2个疗程后总有效率(92.65%)显著高于对照组(70.59%),且具有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后VAS评分较对照组显著降低,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组镇痛起效时间较对照组明显短,且作用维持时间长,均有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血浆β-内啡肽、超氧化物歧化酶含量显著高于治疗前及对照组治疗后,而丙二醛含量显著低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,且均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗过程中均未发生明显的不良反应。结论:腰椎间盘突出症应用中西医结合治疗临床疗效显著,且无明显不良反应,安全可靠,值得进一步研究推广。

Objective ： To investigate the application of lumbar disc herniation Integrative Medicine Clinical efficacy and safety, to provide a reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods ：136 cases in this group of patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table （ n = 68 ） and obser- vation group （ n = 68 ）. The control group was given medicine treatment, observation group combined decoction treatment on the basis of the control group. Results：The total after two courses of treatment efficiency （92.65%） was significantly higher （70.59%）, and has a statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ） ; observation group onset of analgesia was significantly shorter than the control group, the effect duration was significantly longer than the control group, and both have significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; observation group after treatment VAS scores were significantly lower than the control group, and a significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ） ; observation group after treatment plasma 13 - endorphins, super- oxide dismutase were significantly higher than the control group before treatment and after treatment, while MDA content was significantly lower than the control group before treatment and after treatment, and were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Significant adverse reactions during treatment in both groups of patients did not occur. Conclusion ： Application of lumbar disc herniation Integrative Medicine significant clinical effect, and no significant adverse reactions, safe and relia- ble, worthy of further research and promotion.
