Research Progress and Prospect of Acupuncture Manipulation Parameter Determination

针刺手法作为针灸施术的基础,是影响针灸治疗效果的重要因素,如何总结、分析并传承针刺手法的特征业已成为针灸研究领域的热点之一。从理论和实验研究两个角度总结了现今针刺手法参数测定研究的理论基础及仪器实践,并提出了一定的改进思路。相信随着科学技术的不断进步,将会有诸如"运动视频"、"红外运动跟踪"等更多技术手段应用于针刺手法参数研究之中,以为中医的量化、规范化提供新的思路和有益的参考。

As a basis for acupuncture treatments, acupuncture manipulation is an important factor affecting, the thera- peutic effect of acupuncture. How to summarize, analyze and heritage the features of acupuncture manipulation has be- come a focus of the muhidisciplinary research on acupuncture. This article summarizes the current theoretical basis and instrumental practice research of Acupuncture Manipulation Parameter Determination from the both of theoretical and ex- perimental research, provides some improvement ideas. It~ believed that there will be more technical means such as ＂mo- tion video＂, ＂infrared motion tracking＂ used in acupuncture manipulation study with the constant progress of science and technology, which will provide new ideas and useful reference for the quantification, standardization of Traditional Chi- nese Medicine.
