银黄清肺胶囊含药血清体外抗流感病毒实验研究

Experimental Research on the Funtion of Anti- influenza virus in vitro of Yinhuang Qingfei Capsules containing serum

目的:检测银黄清肺胶囊含药血清体外对A型流感病毒的抑制作用。方法:通过体外培养技术进行MDCK细胞培养,以A型流感病毒株感染狗肾细胞(MDCK细胞),采用中药血清学药理方法[1]及MTT[2-3]法,分预防给药(先加药物)、治疗给药(先加病毒)、及直接抑制给药(药物病毒同时加入)3种方式测定银黄清肺胶囊含药血清对A型流感病毒感染MDCK细胞病变的作用。结果:与相应浓度空白血清比较,各浓度银黄清肺胶囊含药血清与利巴韦林片含药血清组,预防、治疗、直接抑制3种给药方式中,A型流感病毒感染MDCK细胞OD值均明显增高(P<0.05);与相应浓度利巴韦林片含药血清组比较,各浓度银黄清肺胶囊含药血清对A型流感病毒感染MDCK细胞OD值无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论:银黄清肺胶囊含药血清体外可以抑制流感病毒在细胞内增殖。

Objective ： To detection the action on influenza virus A in vitro of Yinhuang Qingfei Capsules containing ser- um. Methos ： MDCK cells were cultured in vtro with the technology of cuhure. The dog kidney ceils （ MDCK cells ） were infected by influenza virus A. Yinhuiang Qingfei Capsules containing serum effect on inhibiting Influenza Virus was stud- ied by Chinese medicine pharmacology serological methods and counting cells with MT＇F assay. Measured in three differ- ent dosing ways（ Dosing prevention/Therapeutic Use/Direct inhibitory effect）. Results：Compare with the corresponding concentration of blank serum, The OD value of Influenza A virus - infected MDCK cells of the concentrations of Yinhuang Qingfei Capsules containing serum and ribavirin tablets containing serum were significantly higher in the three different dosing ways（P 〈 0.05）. Compare with the corresponding concentration of ribavirin tablets containing serum, The OD val- ue of Influenza A virus - infected MDCK cells of the concentrations of Yinhuang Qingfei Capsules containing serum have no significantly difference in three different dosing ways （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Yinhuang Qingfei Capsules containing se- rum inhibit influenza virus replication in cells to a certain degree in the three different dosing ways.
