老年重症脑梗死发生肺部感染的相关因素及中医治疗

Lung Infection of Senile Severe Cerebral Infarction of the Related Factors and Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:探讨老年重症脑梗死患者并发肺部感染的相关因素及中医治疗效果。方法:选取2011年1月—2013年6月收住符合纳入研究标准的老年重症脑梗死患者256例,对有关临床资料进行回顾性分析,对可能导致患者并发肺部感染的相关因素及中医治疗结果进行临床分析。结果:分析相关性肺炎的独立危险因素可能与吞咽功能障碍、意识障碍、患者年龄、吸烟史及梗死病史等因素有关,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);患者有85例发生了肺部感染,感染率为33.2%;治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,且P﹤0.05。结论:重症脑梗死患者并发肺部感染率较高,对相关独立危险因素需及早进行预防,发生老年重症脑梗死患者并发肺部感染者给予中医辨证论治,效果显著,值得临床借鉴。

Objective： To study the elderly patients with severe cerebral infarction complicated with lung infection in the healing and the related factors of curative effect observation. Results ： The correlation analysis of the in- dependent risk factors of pneumonia, disturbance of consciousness, patients may be related to swallowing dysfunction re- lated factors such as age, smoking history and history of infarction, the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05） ; There were 85 patients with pulmonary infection, the infection rate was 33.2%. Lung infection of traditionalChinese medicine is a cough, out of the category, treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medi- cine has a unique advantage, have achieved good clinical effect. Conclusion：Patients with severe cerebral infarction com- plicated with lung infection rate is high, the relative independent risk factors, early prevention, treatment based on syn- drome differentiation of TCM, lung infections occurring effect is remarkable, is worthy of reference for clinical.
