社区干预管理模式联合中草药干预对血脂异常的分析研究

Community Intervention Management Mode Combined Chinese Herbal Medicine Intervention to the Study of Dyslipidemia

目的:观察并分析社区干预管理模式联合中草药干预对血脂异常的临床效果,从而建立一套完整的、规范化干预管理方案,为血脂管理提供依据和指导。方法:依据纳入排除标准共选取本社区602例已确诊的血脂异常患者,并随机分为两组,按照规范的随访和管理流程对其进行干预管理,其中对照组给予单纯的社区干预管理,研究组给予社区干预管理模式联合中草药干预管理,进行为期两年的干预管理后对干预效果进行对比和分析。结果:制定了血脂异常的干预管理方案,构建了规范化的随访管理流程;研究组患者干预后满意度得分(7.3±1.0)和满意率(90.4%)均高于对照组(4.9±1.5)、(62.8%),均有统计学差异(P<0.05);研究组干预总有效率(91.1%)显著高于对照组(65.8%),有统计学差异(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后各项血脂含量明显低于治疗前,而高密度脂蛋白增加;对照组治疗后血脂状况变化不大,组间有统计学差异,(P<0.05)。结论:社区干预管理模式联合中草药干预在管理血脂异常中具有显著效果,不仅提高了血脂异常患者的服药和治疗依从性,而且对于当前迫切需要解决的我国社区居民血脂异常监测、干预和预防,均具有重要的现实意义,值得在各个社区进行广泛的推广。

Objective： To observe and analyze the community intervention management mode combined the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine intervention of dyslipidemia, which provide the basis for lipid management and guid- ance. Methods ： On the basis of this community are selected into the exclusion criteria, 602 eases of confirmed patients with dyslipidemia, and randomly divided into 2 groups, according to the specification of follow - up and management process to intervene in the management, the control group to give a simple community intervention management, team give community intervention management mode combined Chinese herbal medicine intervention management, for two years after the intervention of the management of intervention effect is compared and analyzed. Results ： After the intervention group patients satisfaction score （7.3 ~ 1.0） and satisfaction （90.4%） were higher than the control group （4.9 ＋ 1.5 ）, （62.8%）, were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; Intervention group total effective rate （91.1%） is significantly higher than control group （65.8%） , with statistical difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Community intervention man- agement mode combined Chinese herbal medicine intervention has significant effect in the management of dyslipidemia, not only improve the dyslipidemia in patients with medication and treatment compliance, and for the current urgent need to solve our country community monitoring and intervention and prevention of dyslipidemia, have important practical sig- nificance, is worth widely in communities.
