中西医结合治疗糖尿病临床疗效分析及不良反应观察

目的:探讨糖尿病患者应用中西医结合治疗临床疗效及其不良反应观察,为临床诊断治疗提供一定的参考价值。方法:本组82例糖尿病患者根据随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各41例。对照组采用西药给予治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合中药汤剂治疗。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率(92.68%)显著高于对照组(73.17%),且有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后TC、TG、LDL变化显著低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,而HDL显著高于治疗前及对照组治疗后,且均有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FBG、2h PG及Hb A1c比较显著低于对照组治疗后,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原及红细胞压积显著低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者应用中西医结合治疗临床疗效显著,具有重要临床研究价值,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the application of diabetic patients in combination therapy clinical efficacy and adverse reactions observed to provide certain reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods ： 82 cases of di- abetic patients in this group were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table （ n = 41 ） and observation group （n = 41 ）. Conclusion ： Patients with diabetes Integrative Medicine significant clinical effect has important clin- ical research value, worthy of further application.
