科尔沁区女性人乳头瘤病毒感染基因型检测

Detection of the human papillomavirus genotype of the female in Horqin Region

为了解科尔沁地区女性下生殖道人乳头瘤病毒感染现状及该病毒的基因型分布,采集宫颈脱落细胞提取DNA,应用快速导流杂交技术检测病毒基因型,发现502例标本中病毒感染阳性率为23.3%,共检出18种病毒亚型。其中,以16、31、6亚型多见,比例分别为20.95%、12.57%、8.38%,说明科尔沁地区女性下生殖道人乳头瘤病毒感染率为23.3%,并以16、31、6亚型多见,基因型分布大体符合亚洲人群的分布规律,但又具有独特的地域分布特点。

Objective：To investigate the human papillomavirus infection and the genotype of female reproductive tract in Horqin. Methods：The DNA extracted from the cervical exfoliated cells was checked for HPV genotypes by Hibimax. Results：The positive rate is 23.3%, 18 genotypes have been checked out, and the top three kinds of the HPV genotypes are 16（20.95%）,31（12.57%）, 6（8.38%）. Conclusion：The HPV infection rate of female in Horqin is 23.3%.The common genotype conforms to the HPV distribution of the Asian population, but also has the unique regional distribution feature.
