摘要
新的国际、国内政策与经济环境,给个人就业带来诸多不确定因素。通过描述易变性职业生涯的内涵及基本特征,结合就业环境多元化、扁平化、复杂性的发展趋势,提出大学生生涯规划教育体系应从课程、培养、管理3个层面实施优化,并对课程培养体系建构明确了客观性、主观性、过程性、博弈性、突发性等原则。

By describing the connotation and the basic characteristics of the variability of his career, combining diverse employment environment, flat, complexity trends, make college students career planning education system should be courses, training, management, three levels of implementation of optimization, and curriculum training system construct clear objectivity, subjectivity, process, game, sudden principles.
