我国的人工造林更新工作得到了很高的重视,并且取得了一定的成绩。但是其中存在很多的问题,资金的投入和运用不合理,基础操作规范程度不够,造林更新设计不合理,在一定程度上影响了人工造林工程的正常进行。应该合理测算造林投资的标准,完善相关规定,改善造林资质体系,提高认识,加强管理。
