大量的火灾认定是凭经验进行,有些火灾案件由于缺少直接证据,而间接证据又不具备连续性、完整性和排他性,造成难以定性或久拖不决。因此,火灾调查工作对证据要求具有时效性和全面性,火灾调查工作要求证据形成证据链,以便在实际工作中不断提升对火灾调查的能力。

A large number of fires identified empirically, some fire cases due to lack of direct evidence, circumstantial evidence and do not have the continuity, integrity and exclusivity, making it difficult to qualitatively or protracted. Therefore, the fire investigation evidence requires timeliness and comprehensiveness, fire investigation requires evidence of the formation of the chain of evidence in order to practice and improve the ability of the fire investigation.
