摘要
钻井液出口流量的精确测量是钻井工程中一个难题,为解决这一问题,本研究避开了对流体物理特性和流动特性进行研究的传统方法,提出用谢才公式法对出口流量进行理论分析和计算。通过对管内流体液面的高度和管道内壁的粗糙度以及管道的坡度等参数进行测量,推导得出钻井液出口流量计算公式。在此公式中,管道坡度和粗糙度可以通过测量和计算得出,因此,流量计算公式中只有液面高度一个变量。理论验证表明,流量与液面高度成近似线性关系,这一近似的线性关系,为出口流量计算提供了理论依据,只要能够精确测量到管内的液面高度就可以实现出口流量的精确计算。
The precise measurement of drilling fluid outlet flow is a difficult problem in drilling engineering. In order to solve this problem, this paper avoided the traditional method to study the fluid physical properties and flow characteristics, proposed using Chezy formula method for theory analysis and calculation on the outlet flow. According to measure the height of the liquid and pipe roughness and the pipe slope and other parameters, we can deduce the calculation formula of drilling fluid outlet. In this formula, the pipeline slope and roughness can be obtained by measurement and calculation, therefore, the liquid height is the only variable in this formula. The theory shows that, flow and liquid level height have approximate linear relationship, which provided a theoretical basis for the calculation of the outlet flow. As long as to accurately measure the height of the liquid level in the flow tube, we can performance a precise calculation of liquid export flow.
