摘要
为研究五大连池香鳞毛蕨矿泉浴片的配方和制备工艺,采用L9(34)的正交试验方法,以崩解时间和间苯三酚溶出率为考察指标,考察泡腾剂用量、聚乙二醇6000的用量、香鳞毛蕨提取物用量。选择A 2B 2C 1为本品的制备工艺,泡腾剂用量30%,聚乙二醇6000用量为15%,香鳞毛蕨提取物用量为10%,该工艺制得的香鳞毛蕨矿泉浴片崩解稳定均匀,各项指标均能达到相关标准。
Study on formulation and preparation processes of Wudalianchi mineral spring bath tablets of Dryopteris fragrans. The volcano cold mineral bath tablets that are prepared by the process volcano mud extract content are steady and even disintegration. It can meet the relevant standards of the indicators.
