五大连池香鳞毛蕨矿泉浴片的制备工艺研究

为研究五大连池香鳞毛蕨矿泉浴片的配方和制备工艺,采用L9(34)的正交试验方法,以崩解时间和间苯三酚溶出率为考察指标,考察泡腾剂用量、聚乙二醇6000的用量、香鳞毛蕨提取物用量。选择A 2B 2C 1为本品的制备工艺,泡腾剂用量30%,聚乙二醇6000用量为15%,香鳞毛蕨提取物用量为10%,该工艺制得的香鳞毛蕨矿泉浴片崩解稳定均匀,各项指标均能达到相关标准。
