This paper introduces the current status of the utilization of public library’s resources of the teachers and students of primary and middle schools in Qingdao Area, expounds a preliminary conception of the cooperative development of the public library and school library, and puts forward some suggestions for middle school teachers and students to use public library’s resources for aided teaching.
