摘要
为了确定泡沫混凝土外墙保温系统的厚度,利用Ansys进行有限元数学模型的建模和边界条件的基本假设,与传统保温材料对比分析,研究泡沫混凝土保温墙体的保温性能。通过模拟得出:当现浇泡沫混凝土的厚度为130 mm时,泡沫混凝土外墙保温系统的保温性能与60 mm厚聚苯乙烯板外墙保温系统的保温性能相近,为现场试验和实际工程应用提供参考。
In order to determine the thickness of the foam concrete external wall thermal insulation system, Ansys software is used to set up the finite element mathematical model and basic hypothesis of boundary condition, by contrast analysis with traditional heat preservation material, the insulation foam concrete wall heat preservation performance was investigated. Through simulation, when the thickness of the foam concrete cast- in- situ is 130 ram,the thermal insulation performance of the foam concrete external wall thermal insulation system is equivalent to 60 mm thick polystyrene board exterior insulation system, which provide reference for field test and engineering application.
