直肠癌术前新辅助放化疗研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 新辅助放化疗(NCR)在直肠癌的降期、局部控制率、保肛率、减少局部复发、改善患者的生存质量等方面取得明显优势,适型调强放疗(IMRT)的使用减少了正常组织反应,提高了术后病理完全缓解(ypCR)率。对于局部进展期直肠癌(LARC),NCR仍是最有效治疗方式。本文对NCR的主要作用特点、适应证、治疗方式、治疗效果进行了综述。
