Construction Technology of Shield Machine Breaking in Shaft for Overlapped Interval Tunnels of Wuhan Rail Transit Line 4 and Line 6

摘要 武汉轨道交通4号线二期第三标段拦江路站—钟家村站区间隧道与轨道交通6号线区间隧道钟家村站南端头井2处叠交进洞。详细介绍了隧道叠交进洞的施工技术,采取对重叠段土体注浆加固、同步注浆加固、隧道内设支撑加强等措施,保证了上下盾构顺利进洞。其做法可供类似工程借鉴。 The interval tunnels of Contract 3( Lanjiang Road Station ~ Zhongjia Town Station) of second phase project of Wuhan Rail Transit Line 4 and the interval tunnels of Rail Transit Line 6 overlap and shield machines break in the south shaft at two position of Zhongjia Town Station. The paper introduces the construction technology for shield machines entering the shaft overlappedly. To ensure the shield machines breaking in the shaft successfully,measures are taken as soil grouting reinforcement for overlapped section,synchronous grouting and building supports within tunnel,which will be referred for the similar projects.
