同伴教育对社区中老年糖尿病患者自我管理的效果研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨同伴教育在社区中老年2型糖尿病患者中应用的效果。方法将50例56岁以上2型糖尿病患者随机分成两组,对照组患者接受常规治疗,干预组患者接受为期1年的同伴教育,干预前后均检测患者空腹血糖值、餐后2小时血糖值,针对患者糖尿病防治相关知识、自我管理行为、自我管理效能进行问卷调查,并进行效果评价。结果通过同伴教育,干预组患者的空腹及餐后2小时血糖值低于对照组;自我管理知识、自我管理能力均高于对照组。结论同伴教育有利于促进社区中老年2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为的提高,是一种有效、可行的社区健康教育形式。 Objective To explore the effect of peer education to aged patients with type 2 diabetes. Method A total of 50 patients with type 2 diabetes who were older than 56 were divided into intervention group and control group ran-domly. The intervention group received peer education for a period of one year,while the control group just received the conventional diabetes care. The FPG and PPG value were measured separately and the patients were investigated with questionnaire before and after intervention. Result After the intervention,the FPG and PPG value of the inter-vention group were lower than the control group,while the ability of self-management of the intervention group was higher than those in the control group. Conclusion Peer education is a kind of effective and feasible form of commu-nity health education that can promote the self-management ability of aged patients with type 2 diabetes.
