高校高水平集体球类项目团队凝聚力与团队效能关系之研究 被引量:8

摘要 以I-P-O模型作为基本的分析框架,以组织管理理论、组织行为学和运动训练学为理论基础,运用文献资料法、调查访谈法、定性分析法、统计分析法和逻辑推理法等研究方法,对我国高校高水平集体球类项目运动队的团队凝聚力和团队效能的关系进行分析,同时初步构建了我国高校高水平集体球类项目团队凝聚力和团队效能的关系假设模型,并对模型中的部分环节进行实证分析。主要结论如下:高校高水平集体球类项目的团队凝聚力和团队效能在整体及各个维度上均呈正相关,他们之间是相互影响和相互促进的关系;高校高水平集体球类项目的团队凝聚力会对球队的团队生命力产生直接影响,从而影响球队的绩效,最终对球队的团队效能产生影响;团队凝聚力是团队冲突、团队动机和教练领导力与球队生命力的中介变量,但不是目标明确度与球队生命力的中介变量。 Based on organization management theory,organizational behavior and sports training theory,this article used the I-P-O model to analyze the relationship between team cohesion and team effectiveness in China high-level collective ball team in university by the methods of literature review,interview,and qualitative analysis. At the same time,this study constructed a hypothesized model for the relationship and did some empirical analyses on part of it. Main conclusions: Team cohesion and team effectiveness are positively related with each other in overall and each dimension. Team cohesion has direct influence on team vitality,it will influent team performance and team effectiveness. Team cohesion is intermediary variable between team conflict,team motivation,coach leadership and team life force,but not between clear goal and team vitality.
