摘要
目的:观察自体真皮复合甲床组织片修复甲床缺损术后,换药时应用盐酸利多卡因溶液以减轻疼痛与莫匹罗星膏促进创面修复的效果。方法将自体真皮复合甲床组织片修复甲床缺损58例患者随机分成观察组(n=29)和对照组(n=29)。术后换药时,观察组予2%盐酸利多卡因30 ml 浸泡患指5 min,用莫匹罗星软膏涂抹甲床创面,并覆盖雷弗奴尔湿纱条;对照组予生理盐水30 ml 浸泡患指5 min,直接用雷弗奴尔湿纱条覆盖甲床创面,直至伤口愈合。观察两组换药时疼痛程度及愈合情况。结果观察组去除伤口敷料时的疼痛程度明显低于对照组,伤口愈合时间明显缩短,愈合良好,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体真皮复合甲床组织片修复甲床缺损术后,伤口换药时使用盐酸利多卡因溶液与莫匹罗星膏,可有效地减轻换药疼痛,减少粘连,缩短伤口愈合时间及减少换药工作量。
Objective To observe the autologous leather patches to repair nail bed composite nail bed defect after survival of 2% lidocaine solution in 48 patients alleviate the pain and the effect of applying mupirocin ointment in nail bed healing condition. Methods Composite nail bed in autologous leather patches to repair nail bed defect in the treatment of patients with 58 cases were randomly divided into observation group (n=29) and the control group (n=29), the observation group before switching to give 30 mL of 2% lidocaine hydrochloride soak refers to five minutes, with mupirocin ointment apply nail bed wound, and cover article trevor slave, wet gauze; the control group 30 mL saline soak before dressing with refers to 5 minutes; then tu mupirocin ointment, not directly with trevor slave, wet gauze covering of nail bed, until the wound healing, observing two groups of treatment the degree of pain and healing.Results Observation group to remove their pain during wound dressing was significantly lower than the control group, the wound healing time shortened obviously. Healing well. The different was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion After composite nail bed in autologous leather patches to repair nail bed defect during postoperative wound dressing, lidocaine solution and mupirocin ointment, can effectively relieve pain, reduce the adhesion the bandage, shorten the wound healing time and reduce workload.
