二矽酸锂基铸瓷贴面修复氟斑牙的美学效果

Aesthetic evaluation of lithium disilicate IPS emax porcelain laminate veneer for dental fluorosis

目的:评价二矽酸锂基IPS e.max铸瓷贴面修复氟斑牙的美学修复效果。方法:对于中重度氟斑牙患者23例,共计178颗牙齿行IPS e.max铸瓷贴面修复。贴面粘接后0.5个月、6个月、12个月、24个月、36个月、48个月,参照改良R y ge评价标准进行临床效果评价。结果:根据改良R y ge评价标准,不同复查时间A级的贴面百分数均在80%以上,A级+B级达99%以上。结论:使用IPS e.max铸瓷贴面修复氟斑牙IPS e.max铸瓷贴面符合人们对美的追求,能满足人们对美的更高的要求。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical aesthetic outcome of the lithium disilicate IPS emax porcelain laminate veneers with Ryge evaluation standard. Methods： 23 patients（178 teeth in total） with moderate or severe dental fluorosis were restored with IPS emax porcelain laminate veneers. Recall examinations were performed during 0.5, 6, 24, 36, 48 month follow-ups, to evaluate the clinical esthetic outcome with Ryge evaluation standard. Results： Over 80% of the veneers were A grade at different review tim, and above 99% was A ＋ B grade, indicating the optimal clinical aesthetic results of IPS e.max veneer. Conclusions： Using IPS e.max porcelain laminate veneers to treat dental fluorosis for esthetic restoration was a reliable selection for its high level of patient＇s aesthetic satisfaction.
