围手术期综合护理干预对肛肠疾病合并艾滋病患者的效果

Effects of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention for AIDS patients combined with anorectal disease

目的评价围手术期综合护理干预对肛肠疾病合并艾滋病患者的效果。方法采用抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评估69例肛肠疾病合并艾滋病需进行手术治疗患者的心理状况,在手术前后实施综合护理干预,同时于出院前调查患者满意度、医护人员的职业暴露情况。结果经过护理干预,患者出院前抑郁和焦虑发生率及评分均低于入院时,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),患者满意度达95.65%,并且无一例医护人员发生职业暴露。结论围手术期护理干预能降低患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高患者的依从性。

Objective To evaluate the effects of pefioperative comprehensive nursing intervention for AIDS patients combined with anoreetal disease. Methods Self - Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self - Rating Depression Scale （SDS） were used to investigate psychological status of 69 AIDS patients com- bined with anorectal disease with surgical treatment, comprehensive nursing intervention was provided before and after the operation. Patient satisfaction and occupation exposure of medical staffs were surveyed at admission and before discharge. Results After nursing intervention,the incidences of dispression and anxiety were both lower than at admission （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Patient satisfaction rate was 96.65 %. No one occurred occupation exposure. Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention can reduce anxiety and depression in patients, improve patient adherence.
