社区护理人员护理不良事件上报情况调查分析

Study on reporting status of nusing adverse events among community nursing staffs

目的探讨社区护理工作中护理不良事件管理现状以及影响上报的原因。方法采用一般资料问卷、护理不良事件上报调查问卷对北京市海淀区183名社区护士进行调查。结果社区护士对护理不良事件正确判断知识缺乏;仅38.80%的社区护士所在社区卫生服务机构建立了匿名上报制度;32.79%的社区护士担心上报后会扣奖金;31.69%的社区护士担心影响评选先进和职称晋升;34.43%的社区护士担心上报后受到批评处分。结论社区卫生服务机构不良事件上报管理不规范,社区护士对护理不良事件判断知识缺乏,担心上报后影响晋升等,应加强相关知识的培训,建立科学规范匿名无责上报管理制度,确保社区患者就医安全。

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of nursing adverse events reporting in community nursing. Methods Totally, 183 community nurses in Haidian district in Beijing were investigated with a self - designed and general information questionnaire. Results The adverse event recognition of community nurses was insufficient,only 38.80% of the nurses reported the community health centers they worked for had adverse event anonymous reporting system. About 32.79% worried that they would be cut bonus if they reported the events,31.69 % worried about the impact of selection of advanced and professional promotion ,34.43% feared of punishment. Conclusion The adverse event reporting management is not stardard in community health centers. Nurses ~ recognition of adverse events is insufficient. Worrying about cutting bonus, promotion and punishment after reporting adverse events of community nurses are influencing factors of reporting adverse events. Nursing administrators should strengthen relative training and establish adverse event anonymous reporting system to ensure the safety of community patients.
