摘要
目的 探讨老年原发性高血压患者血浆总抗氧化能力(TAS)情况及其与肱-踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)的相关性.方法 入选2013年1月至2014年1月于我院就诊的老年原发性高血压患者180例为观察组,另选取90名健康体检者作为对照组.检测两组受试者血浆TAS,并进行比较分析,同时对比两组受试者两侧baPWV和踝臂指数(ABI),探寻血浆TAS与baPWV的相关性.结果 观察组血浆TAS浓度为(1.101±0.117)mmol/L,对照组血浆TAS浓度为(1.262±0.125)mmol/L,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组受试者双侧baPWV平均值左为(1921.4±235.7)cm/s,右为(1878.6±284.8)cm/s;对照组受试者双侧baPWV平均值左为(1576.1 ±286.5)cm/s,右为(1602.3±315.7)cm/s,观察组均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组双侧踝肱指数比较未见统计学差异(P>0.05).对血浆TAS与baPWV进行相关性分析,两者呈负相关(r=-0.457,P<0.05).结论 老年原发性高血压患者体内抗氧化能力普遍降低,肱-踝脉搏波传导速度明显增快,两者呈负相关,说明患者抗氧化能力下降可能参与动脉损害过程当中,且与动脉弹性下降有显著的关联性.
Objective To study the correlations of TAS and baPWV for aged patients with primary hy- pertension. Methods 180 aged patients with primary hypertension treated from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital were divided into observation group while 90 healthy subjects were divided into control group. TAS, baPWV and ABI of two groups were compared, the correlation of TAS and baPWV was observed. Results The concentration of plasma TAS as observation group ( 1.101 ±0.117 )mmol/L, the concentration of plasma TAS as con trol group( 1.262±0.125)mmol/L, can be seen in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the con- trol group, the difference was significant(P〈0.05), observation group of subjects with bilateral baPWV average left (1921.4±235.7)em/s, right (1878.6±284.8)cm/s, the control group subjects with bilateral baPWVaverage left (1576.1±286.5)cm/s, the right is (1602.3±315.7)cm/s, can be seen in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P〈0.05 ). ABI of two groups was not significantly different (P〉0.05). TAS and baPWV were negatively correlated (r=-0.457, P〈0.05). Conclusion For the aged patients with primary hypertension, the antioxidant capacity is generally reduced and has a negative correlation with baPWV. During the process of damage of artery, the reduction of the antioxidant capacity may be involved and significantly correlated with the reduction of artery elasticity.
