Summary of the “Year of Talent Building” Campaign of the CPA profession

2014年,中国注册会计师行业党委、中国注册会计师协会组织全行业深入开展"人才队伍建设年"主题活动,各级行业党组织、注协和事务所党组织进一步发挥行业党建促业务发展的优势,以人才队伍建设牵引带动行业工作和行业专业服务能力全面提升。在梳理和总结行业"人才队伍建设年"活动做法、成效和工作体会的基础上,形成了行业"人才队伍建设年"活动总结,现予刊发,请参阅。

In 2014, CICPA launched the 'Year of Talent Building' Campaign throughout the whole CPA profession, through which, CPA Institutes at all levels and accounting firms drive an overall upgrade of the profession and the professional services. After review and summarize the activities, effects and experiences of the Campaign, it is put forward that in the next step of work, the profession will promote development of accountancy professional talent in all-round and further upgrade the level of accountancy professional talent building.
