护理专业实习生时间管理倾向调查

The time management disposition among nursing students in clinical practice

目的调查实习初期护理专业学生时间管理倾向情况。方法应用青少年时间管理倾向量表对福建省某医院的309名护理实习生进行调查。结果护理实习生的时间管理倾向总分为(165.44±16.78)分,总均分为(3.76±0.38)分,时间价值感得分为(4.03±0.51)分,时间效能感得分为(3.79±0.42)分,时间监控观得分为(3.63±0.43)分。98.7%的学生事件管理倾向处于较高水平。结论护理专业实习生的时间管理倾向总体处于较高水平,应根据护理实习生特点加强对其利用和运筹时间观念和能力的培养。

Objective To investigate the time management disposition among nursing students in the initial period of clinical practice. Methods Totally 309 Nursing students in clinical practice were recruited from a hospital in Fujian province. They were investigated with Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale（ATMD）. Results The mean score of time management disposition among nursing students in clinical practice was（3.76±0.38）,the factor score of sense of time value was（4.03±0.51）,the factor score of sense of time efficiency was（3.79±0.42）,and the factor score of sense of time control was （3.63±0.43）. The time management disposition was at a higher level among 98.7% of the nursing students. Conclusion The time management disposition among nursing students in the initial period of clinical practice is at a relative high level. The ability of time control should be strengthened according to characteristics of nursing students.
