应用情景互动教育模式改善糖尿病患者知识及胰岛素注射技能的研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨情景互动教育模式在糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法将需笔型胰岛素注射的80例糖尿病患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采取情景互动健康教育模式,对照组采取传统健康教育方式,评价两组患者使用笔型胰岛素注射的掌握程度、糖尿病健康教育知识及患者的满意度。结果试验组在糖尿病相关知识、胰岛素笔注射的操作技术及患者满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论实施情景互动健康教育模式提高了糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗的依从性和自我管理能力,确保了患者院外注射的安全性,在临床值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the education mode which is suitable for diabetes patients with insulin injec- tion. Methods Eighty diabetes patients with insulin injection were randomly divided into two groups. The scene in- teractive education mode and traditional education mode was adopted in the experimental group and the control group,respectively. The outcomes were evaluated using the patients' insulin injection skill,diabetic knowledge and satisfaction. Results The patients' insulin injection skill,diabetic knowledge and satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion The scene interactive education mode can improve the insulin therapy compliance and self-management ability and ensure the safety of insulin self- injection among diabetic patients.
