摘要
通过人工杂交方法,建立了一个包含有142个单株的芒正反交F1后代群体,并采用SSR分子标记对杂交种进行鉴定,结果表明:以HAU116和HAU388两个SSR标记表现为共显性,鉴定出的真杂种个体数分别是121株和138株;而以HAU72、HAU384和HAU517三个标记表现为显性,其中HAU72标记从C0344(♀)×A0420(♂)后代群体中鉴定出54株为真杂种,HAU384和HAU517标记则从A0420(♀)×C0344(♂)后代群体中分别鉴定出48株和47株为真杂种。尽管不同标记的鉴定结果不完全一致,但后代群体中的每一个体均被至少一个标记鉴定为真实杂种。
A F1 population consisting of 142 individual plants was successfully developed through arti ficial reciprocal crossings between two different M. sinensis genotypes, C0344 and A0420. And then SSR markers were used to identify the true hybrids. The results showed that HAUl16 and HAU388, which were co-dominant SSR markers, 121 and 138 true hybrids were identified out of F1 progeny, respectively. Furthermore, HAU72, HAU384 andHAU517 were characterized as the dominant markers. Of those, 54 true hybrids out of C0344 (♀) )〈 A0420 ( ♂ ) progeny were identified by HAU72,while 48 and 47 true hybrids out of A0420 (♀) )〈 C0344 ( ♂ ) progeny were identified by HAU384 and HAUS17, respectively. Although the results identified by different markers were not exactly identical, each individual in F1 popu lation was proved to be the true hybrid by at least one marker.
