腹腔引流在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的价值探讨

Value investigation of peritoneal drainage in laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨腹腔引流在腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)中的价值。方法回顾分析5500例LC患者的临床资料,对病例分类、引流管相关并发症进行总结探讨。结果 5500例LC患者,术中胆总管横断1例,术后出血1例,术后胆漏3例。结论 LC术后留置腹腔引流能及早发现手术并发症,具有一定的临床价值和社会价值。

Objective To investigate the value of peritoneal drainage in laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 5500 LC patients. Summarization and investigation were taken on case classification and drainage tube related complication. Results Among the 5500 cases of LC, there were 1 case with intraoperative common bile duct traverse, 1 case with postoperative hemorrhage, and 3 cases with postoperative bile leakage. Conclusion Retention peritoneal drainage after LC can timely discover operation complication, and it has a certain value in clinic and society.
