小学教师资格考试的教育教学实践能力考查研究

Study on Test Development of Teaching Abilities of National Teacher Certification Examination at Primary School Level

本文以具体实例分析小学教师资格考试"教育教学知识与能力"试题突出教育教学实践能力考查的特点。笔试试题设计情景化、试题素材选取多样化、面试试题场景真实化。笔试和面试各有侧重,互为补充。今后试题需要在情景设计上进一步细化和创新。

This paper takes primary school teacher qualification examination ＂knowledge and teaching skills＂ items as examples to study how to develop teaching abilities. The written test questions are contextualized, material selection are diversified and the scene of interview questions are real. The written test and the interview, each has particular emphasis, but supplements for each other. In future the items need to be further designed to refine and innovate the contextualization.
